Alicja Zyzniewska, CEO
Alicja is a Majority Partner and co- founder of Hilltop Technologies, LLC.
Alicja’s organizational skills and a keen eye for detail have provided Hilltop with competent leadership. Serving as Chief Executive Officer, she is responsible for Hilltop’s overall strategy and direction as well as Finance and Administration. Alicja also oversees the operations and customer sales support departments for Hilltop Technologies insuring that the pre-order, order, and post-order procedures in place are followed and adhered to insuring complete customer satisfaction.
Previously Alicja was with the State of Connecticut Department of Children and Families. Her duties encompassed being responsible for project management, coordination of special events, training and recruitment of foster and adoptive parents.
Alicja earned a BA and MS degrees from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland.
Owen Wilson, EVP/Chief Sales Officer
In 1999, Owen with Partner Alicja Zyzniewska formed Hilltop Technologies. Owen’s sales and marketing efforts at Hilltop have generated steady profit growth year-over-year. Responsible for the sales of Hilltop products, sales process management and having successfully built a solid reputation throughout the telecommunications industry, Owen holds the position of Minority Partner, Executive Vice President, and Chief Sales Officer.
Owen began his telecommunications career in 1977 as a Senior Sales Representative with National Telephone of South Windsor, CT. In 1986 Owen joined Farmstead Telephone Group in Glastonbury, CT. Owen was instrumental in building Farmstead from startup stage to, upon his departure in 1999, a $36 million enterprise; successfully marketing and providing solutions to many Fortune 500 clients throughout the northeast. Owen had held various positions of leadership at Farmstead, including National Account Manager, National Sales Manager, and Territory Manager for New York & New England.
Owen earned his BA from Saint Leo University in Saint Leo, Florida.
Heather Lingenfelter, Vice President of Operations
Heather started her career with Hilltop Technologies in January 2001. What started out as a part-time position in accounts receivables and collections department, evolved during 14 years of employment to her current position of Vice President, Operations.
Heather’s primary focus has been on policies and procedures to ensure 100% customer satisfaction as well as overall efficiency of Hilltop Technologies operations. Heather was essential in creating a customer portal to serve all Hilltop customers. Besides the operations, Heather maintains direct contact with customers providing them with solutions service contracts and ensuring all customer contracts are current. Heather also works closely with the sales team in streamlining sales processes.
Robert Johnston, Vice President of Implementation & Project Management
Rob started his career with Hilltop Technologies in June 2007. With over fifteen years’ experience leading the design, implementation, and support of network systems, Rob was instrumental as the company’s Information Technology Manager. In addition to maintaining the corporate infrastructure, Rob was responsible for the planning, installation and support of small to mid-market sized business communications solutions.
Rob now heads a team of project managers and is primarily responsible for developing the strategy and policies for product and service delivery. Rob works closely with the sales team, providing pre-sales engineering expertise and product support. Rob also has direct contact with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
